· Preparation of mandate proposals, client meetings and presentation
· Structuring, valuation and execution of all types of capital market related transactions such as:

Ø Right issues
Ø Mergers and Acquisitions
Ø Capital restructuring
Ø Private placement of equities and debt

Establishment of global best practices and process for Project Finance advisory services
