Assalamoalaikum, Dear Brother Noor, It's so kind of you and very responsible attitutde by you that instead of believing everything in the attachment you went for research/investigat As a matter of fact you have questioned us on a very vast subject. Although a Research Scholar or an Alim-e-Deen can better reply on these issues. But I'll suggest you to read few books on the mentioned Subject. But for the sake of better understanding of how things actualy happened you must have your mind free from any past misconceptions about Shia't. Before I mention few you few books and weblinks. Please note that: 1. We Shia Mulims don't believe on Tehreef-e-Quran and consider Holy Quran as complete and protected from any fabrication. 2. To us:Shia't is not a sect (as many consider it a sect), Shia't is the Title/Label of Islam. 3. The prominent scholar and Chancellor of al-Azhar University in Egypt, Shiekh Muhammad Shaltut, conducted a deep research on Shiite faith, ultimately encouraging him to give the famous fatwa which reads in part as follows: "The Ja'fari sect famously known as the Twelve Imam Shia Sect, is a sect whose following is legally allowed, just like is the case with any other Sunni sect. Therefore, it is advisable for Muslims to know it better and do away with baseless fanaticism concerning certain sects." They talk not only against Shia but also against Sunni muslims as well. For example, (Haq Char yar website) also insulted Moulana Maududi who was not Shia, They also consider Brailvi muslims as Kafir whereas Brailvi muslims follow Imam Abu Hanifa (one of the 4 Imams of Ahle Sunnah). Finally if you are really sincere to get answers to your questions, you should consult our books mentioned above. I'm not asking to change your fiqh but atleast get this clear about Shia beliefs.
