Dear Member, I have received few more questions from my ahl sunnat and hawabi bhai today so need your help to answer properly with references and argument.
I am sure you will help me to give answers as before.

Mafhoom ahadees, jo geraybaan pahare,chehra(face) petay or jahalat ki pukar pukare wo hum ma se nai ha.

(Sunan al nisaai,katabu-ul janaiz H:1862)
ALLAH AZAWAJAL ne Nooha krne WALe or sunnay waly per laanat farmayi ha

Matam kerna Chaati peetna Haram ha"

Hazrat Hussain ne kerbla ma
"YA ALI MADAD kaha
Ya
YA ALLAH MADAD?
SABAR kiya Ya MATAM?
Jihad Kiya YA TAKYA?
PARDA Sikhaya YA be-pARDAGI?
Quran Parha YA MATMI MARSIYA?
Namaz pari YA Ghory ki puja ki?
Faisla aap khud karay,Kiya sahi ha kiya ghalat ha.

quote the translation of surah al aadiyaat where Allah swears by the galloping horses that were used to fight in battles.
The reason is that anything that is used in Jihad, becomes Holy, thus horses, their hooves, swords and spears, iron; Allah swears by them. Secondly, after battle of Uhud, Prophet declared that everyone would have to mourn over shahdat of Hazrat Hamza rather than rejoicing and he became Sayyid as Shuhada until Imam Hussain. After battle of Muta, again there was matam and mourning for Hazrat Jafar e Tayyar, Prophet's cousin. The year when Hazrat Khadija and Abu Talib died, become Aamul Huzn, and it was wajib for everyone to mourn them the whole year whereas we only mourn Imam Hussain 2 months and 8 days.
Prophet declared that Fatima was a part of Him. After his death, she used to go out of Madina to cry in remembrance of the Prophet. Then if noha and matam is Haram, was a part of Prophet committing Haram????!!!!
Moreover, Prophet Nuh used to cry so much because of oppression of his people that his name became Nuh ie one who does Nawha, then is this Prophet doing Bidat???!!!
Even Hazrat Adam used to cry alot and is one of the 5 persons who cried most ie when he was sent to earth and separated from his wife. then did he do Bidat???!!!
Finally, the first and last Ahadees are incomplete.
The full version is that crying and beating your chest.... on the death of a person is definitely Haraam.
But we Shias do not do that. We mourn in remembrance of the martyrs just like the Prophet and for the fact that the way they, family of Prophet was brutally tortured.
Moreover, we do matam for:
1. to try and feel a bit of pain that the Prophet's beloved grandson might have felt.
2. to assure the prophet and his daughter that we love whom they love and that we surely would have done their nusrat in Karbala
3. we mourn because we were not present at that time to attain shahadat in the way of Allah.
