Ehtiyaat e wajib means if you know any other most learned scholar you can follow him in this matter.
Why members like ahmad instead of presenting fatwa, add their words like biddat and start declaring kafir to those who start debating with them?
Dear member, If some one comes to you with a words of Holy Quran and present if in unislamic manners. Do not follow him.
Muawwiya used to do the same. Naizae Pae Quran hai aur maula Ali(a.,s) kae khilaaf jahiloon ko bahka liyae. Sahara Quran ka hi tha jo ki Haq hai, lekin tareeqa ghair islamic tha, jis sae us ka maqsad bhi ghalat nikla.
Beware of such type of persons who add their expert comments of hadith e Masumeen (a.s) or fatwa of mujtahidsd just to change its meaning and create dispute among the followers of Maula Ali(a.s).
Wilayat e Ali(a.s) is a base of acceptence of all the wajibaat and mustahabaat. Follow your Marja in this matters.
