Honoring Sayyada Fatema (as)
On the occasion of the Second Anniversary of ShiaSisters.
“Design A Greeting Card Honoring Sayyada Fatema (as).” Members are encouraged to submit artwork using a hadith of Sayyada Fatema (as) or a hadith about her!
Contest Entry Rules
1. Contestant must be member of ShiaSisters.
2. All entries must be on the attached format.
3. Entries can be any form of artwork, either hand drawn or drawn on the computer. All artwork not made on the computer will have to be scanned.
4. There will be three age categories of submission:
A Ages 9 – 12
B Ages 13 – 18
C Ages 18 plus
5. All participants must include the following information when submitting their artwork:
Contestant's First and Last Name
Home Address
Home Phone Number
E-Mail Address
(make sure you give us another e-mail address + the shiasisters.
All entries should be emailed to azra@shiasisters.
6. An authentic hadith (with reference) should be included in the artwork. If you chose to design the card with a hadith in Arabic, we would request you include the English translation also. Source of the hadith used is required; however it is not necessary to include it in the design.

Download this template, create the front cover of your Greeting Card, and email to azra@shiasisters.
ENTRY DEADLINE
All entries MUST be received by April 10, 2010. You will be notified of receipt of entry by means of a confirmation e-mail.
WINNERS
ShiaSisters.
Depending on the number of entries, ShiaSisters.
The Winners will be notified by e-mail and their names/entries will be displayed the website under COOL STUFF on April 16, 2010 and an e-mail will be sent to them. Their prize will be mailed directly to their mailing address.
HOW YOUR ENTRY WILL BE JUDGED
Entries will be judged on their ability to clearly and creatively depict a hadith honoring Sayyada Fatema (as).
The ideal entries will reflect the true meaning of the theme word without criticizing and or putting down any other entity.
Please note:
*Each entry must be the original work. It may not contain copyrighted material unless permission has been granted for its use. Use of copyrighted material without permission automatically disqualifies the entry. You are welcome to use the ShiaSisters.
*Entry to this contest results in the automatic submission to the rules and the decisions of the judges and ShiaSisters.
*Use of any inappropriate LANGUAGE will automatically disqualify the entry.
