Saudis are the greatest hypcrites in the world. It is teh Saudi society which has given rise to teh world-wide religious fanaticism. Seventeen of teh nineteen hijackers of teh 9/11 attack were Saudi nationals.

It was not much long ago that this same Saudi institution of clerics had urged teh Muslims world-wide to destroy teh shrines in Karbala and Najaf. And now this.

New Delhi: Muslim leaders in India Friday welcomed the â€œtimely messageâ€� by Saudi grand mufti asking Muslims not to support terrorism and urging them to unite against suicide attacks.

In his message to Muslims delivered during Haj pilgrimage, Grand Mufti Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah Al Sheikh said there was no place for terrorism in Islam and asked Muslim intellectuals to take measures to â€œeradicate misunderstandings about Islam and its teachingsâ€�.

He was delivering the annual Haj sermon at Masjid-e-Nimra in Arafat, outside the Makkah city, where over two million Muslims from across the world had gathered for â€˜waqoofâ€™, one of the important rituals.

Many millions around the world watched the sermon broadcast live on TV.
