Start of 11th Islamic Month of ZeeQaad 1430 A.H.
Some important events of this month are as follows:
1st – Birth anniversary of Bibi Masooma-e-Qom(a.s.) – the sister of Imam Ali Riza(a.s.), the 8th Holy Imam;
1st – Peace treaty of al-Hudaibiya between Muslims and Mushrikeen
8th – Hajj was made incumbent upon Muslims in 8 A.H.
11th – Birth anniversary of Imam Ali Riza (a.s.) – the 8th Holy Imam.
23rd – Martyrdom of Imam Ali Riza(a.s.) (as per one tradition)
25th – Dhadwul Ardh
29th – Martyrdom of Imam Mohammad Taqi al-Jawwad(a.s.) – the 9th Holy Imam.
