Dua-e-Marefat

Imam Jafar Sadiq (a.s) advised his companion Zoraarah bin

A'yan (r.a) to recite this supplication regularly during the

occultation of Imam Mahdi (a.t.f.s) :

 

" O Allah! Introduce Yourself unto me. For Surely,

if You do not introduce Yourself unto me.

I cannot recognize your Prophet (s.a.w.w.).

 

O Allah! Introduce Your Messenger (s.a.w.a) unto me. For surely,

If You do not introduce Your Messenger (s.aw.w) to me,

I will fail to recognize Your proof (a.t.f.s) Imam Mahdi (a.t.f.s).

 

O Allah! Introduce Your Proof (a.t.f.s) unto me. For surely,

if You do not introduce Your Proof (a.t.f.s) to me,

I will deviate from my religion.
