Subject: Salaam Ya Hussain update

Salaamun 'Alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakaatuhu,

InshaAllah this message finds all brothers and sisters in sound health and ever-increasing emaan.

Veleyat TV USA is blessed to announced that once again, Maulana Syed Zaheerul Hassan Naqvi will be presenting the program "Salaam Ya Hussain" LIVE from Holy Karbala, beginning tonight, Thursday, October 11th, and continuing for five days. Salaam Ya Hussain is a unique program and endeavor which gives momineen around the world the opportunity to call in to Karbala and extend their salaam to Imam Al-Hussain AS and all shuhada, while viewing the holy haramayn. The program will air from 7 pm to 8:30 pm PST (10 pm to 11:30 pm Eastern), and the call-in number(s) will be provided on screen.

As we near the end of the month of Dhil-Qada, we note that tomorrow (Friday), the 25th, is the day known and Dawh ul-Ardh, that day on which Allah swt spread the Earth from under the Holy Ka'aba. It is mustahab--highly recommended--to fast on this blessed day. It is also the birth dates of both Hadrat Ibrahim and Hadrat Isa AS. For aamal and more information on the significance of this day, please visit http://www.duas.org/zilqad_25.htm

We pray that Allah SWT blesses all momineen with khayr, and grants us the opportunity to perform the ziyarah of Imam Al-Hussain AS. We also send our prayers to all brothers and sisters who will be embarking for Hajj shortly. May Allah grant you the strength to perform this great deed with humility and sound niyyah, and may He accept your 'ibadah and raise your rank near His Beloved Ones AS.

With du'a for your families and dear ones.
Fi amanillah,

Velayat TV Press
